HCA U-16 school-and-college entries open 11 a.m. Monday at Uppal — ₹2,000 cash, 120-team cap.

Entries open at Uppal from 11 a.m. Monday. The fee is cash. The cap is 120 teams.
The Hyderabad Cricket Association is inviting entries for the Under-16 Inter-School and Inter-College cricket tournament for 2026–27. Maximum teams are 120, subject to entries and eligibility. One hundred and twenty is a ceiling, not a guarantee that 120 sides will play. Subject to entries and eligibility is the hedge this desk will keep on every team-count sentence.
Entries are taken from 11 a.m. on Monday, 24 August 2026, through 26 August at HCA offices inside Rajiv Gandhi International Cricket Stadium, Uppal. The entry fee is ₹2,000 cash per school or college. First-come, first-served is the rule. One authorised person per institution is to submit. ₹2,000 cash is the only fee on the card. This desk will not invent an online payment window, a cheque option, or a late-fee line.
Each side may list a maximum of 15 players on official letterhead with full name, date of birth, Aadhaar, admission number and class, signed and stamped by the principal. No changes after acceptance. Players must be born between 1 September 2010 and 31 August 2012. HCA will verify three-year domicile. Letterhead, Aadhaar, admission number and domicile are the eligibility gates. A late change to the fifteen after acceptance is not allowed on the lock. This desk will not invent a substitute window.
A separate note puts player registration from 24 to 30 August and the tournament tentatively from 7 September 2026. Tentatively is the hedge on the start date. This desk will not harden 7 September into a notified fixture list, a venue roster beyond Uppal as the entry office, or a prize-money table.
Monday’s registration window makes this cutting liveToday on the 24 August paper. Schools and colleges that miss the 26 August close will not find a second entry gate on these cards. Uppal is the place. Hyderabad Cricket Association is the host body. Under-16 school and college is the grade.
What is not here is a confirmed 7 September fixture sheet, an online fee alternative, a prize purse, or a team list already accepted. What is here is entries 24–26 August from 11 a.m. at Uppal, ₹2,000 cash, maximum 120 teams, maximum 15 players, date-of-birth window 1 September 2010 to 31 August 2012, three-year domicile verification, principal-signed letterhead with Aadhaar and admission number, first-come first-served, one authorised person, player registration through 30 August on one note, and a tentative tournament start from 7 September.
Until HCA stamps the first accepted entry, the tournament is an open counter. The Uppal window from 11 a.m. is the public picture. The first ball is still ahead.
