Objections closed on 7,340 Indiramma CURE flats. Eligible list 25 Aug; lotteries from 27 Aug.

The objections window closed on Sunday evening. The eligible list is due Tuesday. Livestreamed lotteries follow from Thursday.

Lottery draws for 7,340 Indiramma Houses in Hyderabad’s CURE zone are scheduled from 27 August 2026, constituency-wise and livestreamed. Four constituencies a day are to be drawn in the presence of Revenue and Housing officials and media, per Housing Board Vice Chairman V.P. Gautham. One desk extends the lottery calendar through 30 August. Livestreamed and constituency-wise are the transparency verbs on the card. Drawn is not yet the past tense for any constituency on this Monday paper.

More than 60,000 applications came in for the 7,340 affordable flats across 16 Assembly constituencies between 21 July and 15 August 2026. Subsidy is ₹5 lakh per flat. The beneficiary pays ₹6 lakh in instalments. Built-up area is 528 square feet; carpet is 400 square feet — hall, kitchen and bedroom. ₹5 lakh and ₹6 lakh are the only money lines this desk will print for the flat. No other price will be invented.

The applicant list went online from the evening of 20 August on MeeSeva and Telangana Housing Board sites. Objections ran till the evening of Sunday, 23 August 2026. That window has now closed. The eligible lottery list after objections is due on 25 August. Helpline 040 24603572 sits on the card. Status checks run through the CURE-status tab on tghb.telangana.gov.in. Closed objections and a 25 August list are the immediate calendar. This cutting is not liveToday; the next notified step is the eligible list.

Draws follow SC, ST, BC, persons with disabilities, outsourcing Class-IV and sanitation-worker reservations. Waiting lists are also by lottery; one desk puts the waiting list at 20 percent per category. Verification checks ownership of a flat or plot inside the Outer Ring Road and Hyderabad residence. Verification is the gate. Allotment before the draw is not.

Hyderabad CURE covers 16 Assembly constituencies. V.P. Gautham is the Housing Board Vice Chairman named on the calendar lock.

What is not here is a drawn list, a named winner, or an opened objections window still running on Monday. What is here is 7,340 flats, over 60,000 applications, 16 constituencies, ₹5 lakh subsidy and ₹6 lakh beneficiary share, 528 square feet built-up and 400 square feet carpet, objections closed evening 23 August, eligible list 25 August, lotteries from 27 August through 30 August on one desk, four constituencies a day, livestream, reservation categories, a 20 percent wait-list line on one card, and the helpline and status URL.

Until 25 August publishes the eligible list, every applicant remains in the pool after objections. The closed objections clock is the public picture. The first livestream draw is still ahead.
