The complaint is now a numbered Lokayukta case. The allotment figures inside it are still BRS allegations, not findings.

Telangana Lokayukta has accepted a Bharat Rashtra Samithi complaint alleging abuse of office by Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy over the allotment of government land to a company the complainants say is linked to his brother. The matter is registered as Case No. 835/2026. Acceptance of a complaint is not a finding. No government or Chief Minister’s Office reply sits on the opened acceptance card. This desk will not invent one.

The land named in the filing is about five acres at Raviryala e-City, Maheshwaram mandal, Rangareddy district. Complainants alleged the parcel went without public tender to Tesseraqct Advanced Systems Private Limited — that is the company spelling on the primary allottee lock this desk follows. Other desks print Tesseract Advanced Systems Private Limited. This desk will not invent a Ministry of Corporate Affairs spelling beyond those two variants, and will keep Tesseraqct as the primary lock.

BRS representatives alleged market value in a band of about ₹135 crore to about ₹200 crore against an allotment of about ₹7 crore to ₹7.5 crore. One acceptance-desk line used about ₹200 crore as the market figure. Complainants also alleged paid-up capital of about ₹1 lakh and zero employees for the financial year ending March 2025. Every rupee and headcount in that paragraph is a complaint figure. None of it is a Lokayukta finding.

The same filing alleged that Kondal Reddy publicly identified himself as chairman and that his son Nayan Reddy was named as chief executive from January 2025, months before a June 2025 allotment. Those identity lines are allegations on the complaint card. This desk will not treat them as company-register facts settled by the Lokayukta.

The BRS delegation named on the card included MLCs Dasoju Sravan Kumar and M. Koti Reddy; MLAs Kaleru Venkatesh, Mutha Gopal and K. Sanjay; and BRS social-media convenor Manne Krishank. The complainants sought a probe into Industries Minister D. Sridhar Babu and Telangana industrial-infrastructure officials, and cancellation of the allotment pending inquiry. Sought is the verb. Ordered is not.

On a separate reply card, the minister called the charge blatantly false, said the allotment was ₹1.50 crore per acre — ₹7.5 crore for five acres — through the Cabinet Committee on Economic Security and Development Matters route, and said the company had no link to the Chief Minister’s brother. That is the minister’s denial. It is not an inquiry closure. No inquiry order, no cancellation and no conviction sit on the opened cards. This cutting is distinct from the already-shipped Raidurg industrial e-auction matter.

Rangareddy is the district. Raviryala e-City is the place. Case No. 835/2026 is the number.

What is not here is a Lokayukta finding, a cancellation order, a conviction, or an invented company spelling from the corporate register.
