Tuesday’s 17 is not Monday’s 38: seven down in Serilingampally, two in Kukatpally, eight in Quthbullapur — and 54 more now flagged.

Cyberabad Municipal Corporation on Tuesday, 25 August 2026, demolished 17 unauthorised constructions across three zones — seven in Serilingampally, two in Kukatpally and eight in Quthbullapur. That Tuesday book is a new official count. It is not Monday’s already-shipped tally of 38 identified, 28 notices, nine demolished and one seized. This desk will not add Tuesday’s 17 to Monday’s nine and print a running 26. Tuesday’s 17 is Tuesday’s 17.

The same Tuesday cards record 11 notices served and 54 further unauthorised constructions identified through MyCURE, Prajavani petitions and field identification. Commissioner G. Srijana directed daily field-level monitoring. Identification is not a finished demolition list. A notice is not a demolition. Fifty-four newly flagged buildings are a watch list, not a razed list.

Monday’s restated demolition figure on one Tuesday card is nine. That nine belongs to the already-shipped Monday drive. This cutting does not retip the Saturday collapse card, the already-shipped custody of owner Syed Sajid, or the Town Planning Building Officer suspension. Those cards stay those cards. Adjacent collapse-site work is context only. It is not the hook.

The criteria restated on Tuesday are the same two cut-offs already on the Monday statement. First: plots below 75 square yards with height over 7 metres. Second: plots above 75 square yards built without permission, irrespective of height. Seventy-five square yards and 7 metres are the cut-offs. This desk will not invent a third criterion or a ward-wise target the Tuesday count does not lock.

Public accounts of the Anjaiah Nagar collapse day still conflict on the Tuesday 17-building cards. One public account of that Tuesday count says the seven-storey collapse was Saturday, 22 August, with two dead. Another Tuesday lede says Sunday. Shipped collapse cards used Saturday, 22 August. This desk will not silently pick one date on a Tuesday demolition card. Two dead sits on the Saturday-dated public account. It is not a new fatality count invented here.

One Tuesday public account says Raidurgam police on Tuesday took contractor Mohammed Khaja Moinuddin into custody. He had been absconding and is cited with owner Syed Sajid. Another public account of the same 17-building tally does not carry the custody line. Earlier Monday cards had the contractor untraced. Custody on one labelled Tuesday account is the verb. Conviction is not. This desk will not treat a single-desk custody line as a finished trial, and it will not pretend the silent second desk also printed the arrest.

Cyberabad Municipal Corporation is the authority. Serilingampally, Kukatpally and Quthbullapur are the three zones on the Tuesday book. Anjaiah Nagar, Gachibowli, remains Corporation geography. It is not the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. Form B and any Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation, Cyberabad Municipal Corporation or Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation poll date are not notified. Until Wednesday’s daily monitoring writes a new tally, the public ledger is a Tuesday Corporation count of 17 demolitions — seven, two and eight across the three named zones — 11 notices, 54 newly identified, the two plot-and-height criteria, a collapse-day conflict of Saturday against Sunday on the same Tuesday cards, and a contractor custody line that appears on one public account and not the other. Daily monitoring continues on the 26 August paper and stays on tomorrow’s paper. The Saturday collapse already has its own card. Monday’s 38 is already shipped. Tuesday’s three-zone book is the new official number.
