Harish Rao said the National Dam Safety Authority had said water could be lifted from Kaleshwaram based on need, and that the Central Water and Power Research Station had found no structural or construction issues in the Annaram and Sundilla barrages, with concrete quality satisfactory on one public account of his statement.
